I've seen press mentions drive $100k+ spikes in revenue. And have also seen press hits drive $0 in sales. But leveraging press into your ad creative is a wonderful way to amplify its effects and infuse more social proof into your ads.

We made this one for Guava. We started with a shot of muddy stroller tires because it immediately calls out "outdoorsy parents." Then, we overlay scrolling press screenshots over drone footage of a mom running. You get social proof + the "dream lifestyle" in a single frame. A subtle, but nice touch - we dropped the opacity on the article so you can see the background through it. It's the little things.
We made this one for For Wellness. You can see in this one, we're using a press article and highlighting the headline with our cursor to draw attention to it. We're also using this tilt effect, so it's a little more eye-catching than a normal straight-on view. From there, we show some other press logos and end with a value prop and CTA.
We made this one for DRNXMYTH. Sometimes highlighting just one or two articles or headlines isn't enough. In this one, we use multiple tiles of different press hits and fly through them fast. It creates a sense of "everyone is talking about this." It's less about reading the text and more about feeling the hype. The biggest motivation behind this piece for us was momentum and impact.
