How We Picked These
There are two kinds of "UGC platform." One collects reviews and customer photos for your website. The other connects you with creators who make videos for your ads. This list is the second kind.
We looked at what matters if the videos are going into Meta and TikTok ads:
- What you actually pay, including platform fees and creator pay
- Usage rights, and whether they cover paid ads, and for how long
- Revisions and reshoots when a video misses the brief
- Partnership ads and Spark Ads, so you can run ads from the creator's handle
- How much work stays with you: briefs, picking creators, shipping product
All pricing comes from each platform's own pricing, help and FAQ pages, checked in October 2026. Platforms change pricing often, so confirm before you buy.
A quick note on who's writing this: Biddyco is a UGC ad agency, not a platform. We work across 100+ accounts spending $20M+ a month on Meta, so we see what happens after the footage arrives: which videos become ads that work, and which sit in a folder. That's the lens for this list.

What a UGC Platform Does (and Doesn't) Do
A platform handles the admin: finding creators, contracts, payments and usage rights. That's real work, and doing it yourself for dozens of creators a month is a job.
What most platforms don't do is the part that decides whether the ads work:
- Deciding which angles and audiences to test
- Writing briefs that get usable footage
- Editing raw clips into several finished ads with different hooks
- Reading the results and planning the next batch
If you have a strategist and an editor in house, a platform can be all you need. If you don't, read our comparison of UGC agencies, platforms and freelancers first.
When an Agency Makes More Sense
A platform is the right call when you have someone to write briefs, edit footage and plan tests. It gets harder once you're spending $100K+ a month on Meta and need a steady flow of genuinely different ads.
That's what Biddyco does. We're a UGC ad agency with a US-based senior team.
We rely less on platforms than you might expect. Most of our creators come from our own private UGC creator network, built and managed by full-time staff whose job is reaching out to top creators, recruiting them and keeping them working with us. That means:
- Better creators. We go after the people who make great ads, instead of choosing from whoever applied to a brief.
- Casting for your buyer. We pick creators who look and sound like your customer, not just who's available this week.
- Repeat creators. When someone makes a winner, we can book them again for the next batch.
- Coaching. We brief and coach creators so they talk about your product correctly and the ads don't feel fake.
From there, we edit everything in house, including UGC and motion hybrids. New files land every 2 to 4 weeks, and we aim for one round of feedback.
Book an intro call to talk through your account. For the questions to ask any provider, see our UGC agency buyer's guide. For more data on what's working, see our Meta Ads Statistics hub.
If a platform is the right fit, here are the 11 worth knowing.
1. Billo
Ad-ready creator videos at a low per-video price
Billo is one of the best known UGC platforms for paid social. You post a brief, vetted creators apply or get matched to you, and you pick who to hire from a pool Billo describes as 5,000+ creators in the US, UK and Canada. Billo also sells an optional CreativeOps subscription with a script generator and analytics, and a managed service.
Pricing: Billo's prices sit behind a login. Its own blog lists videos "from $99 per video, bought as packs."
Usage rights: A royalty-free, worldwide license for commercial use, including social, web, email and Amazon listings and ads.
Revisions: Up to 2 reshoot requests and 2 edit requests per video. Each adds 2 to 5 business days.
Partnership ads: Supported for Meta Partnership Ads and TikTok Spark Ads, priced separately by each creator.
Raw footage: A paid add-on, priced by each creator.
Turnaround: Typically 7 to 12 business days, counted from when the creator gets your product.
Good to know: Reshoots are for videos that miss the brief, not stylistic preferences. Content auto-approves after 3 business days if you don't act, so review promptly.
2. Trybe
A creator program that pays on performance
Trybe works differently from the rest of this list. Instead of buying videos one by one, you run a creator program: creators join from your brand page, submit content, and you approve, revise or reject it in one workspace. Approved videos can launch as whitelisted or partnership ads on Meta, and creators can be paid on commission, retainers, bonuses or flat fees.
Pricing: Free to start and "never more than 1.5%": 1.5% of attributed sales, 1.25% of ad spend, or 1.5% of creator earnings for flat-rate payments. No seats, contracts or minimums. Creator pay is on top.
Partnership ads: Connect Meta and launch whitelisted or partnership ads straight from approved submissions.
Attribution: Built-in last-click attribution ties each sale to a creator and video, or you can pay creators on Meta's attribution.
Integrations: Shopify for products and orders, and Meta for ads.
Good to know: Best for Shopify brands that want an ongoing roster of creators paid on results. Trybe doesn't publish standard usage rights, revision limits or turnaround, so set those terms with creators up front.
3. Backstage
Casting-style UGC with actors and voice talent
Backstage is known for casting actors, and its UGC marketplace taps that pool, including voice artists. You buy from creator profiles at listed rates or post a brief.
Pricing: Set by each creator, paid upfront, plus a marketplace fee.
Usage rights: 6 months for paid ads and 12 months for organic use, starting at final payment.
Good to know: The 6-month paid ad license is the shortest on this list. If a video becomes a winner, plan to renew it or replace it.
4. Insense
A subscription marketplace with partnership ads built in
Insense charges a monthly platform fee plus a marketplace fee on creator payments. You post a brief, Insense guarantees at least 5 applicants matching your profile, and you choose. Partnership ads and Spark Ads code sharing are included on every plan.
Pricing:
- Trial: $650 for one month, 20% marketplace fee, one campaign
- Brand: $500/mo billed quarterly ($1,500) or $400/mo billed annually, 10% fee
- Agency: $800/mo billed quarterly, 7% fee, up to 5 brands
- Creator pay is extra. Insense puts typical UGC creator pay at "from $100 per video."
Usage rights: Perpetual digital rights once content is approved and paid. The creator keeps copyright.
Revisions: Up to 3 before you accept, as long as they stay within the brief.
Raw footage: Not standard. Asking for raw and edited files raises the creator's price.
Turnaround: Applications in 1 to 3 business days, content in as little as 7 to 10.
Good to know: The trial upgrades to the quarterly Brand plan unless you cancel at least 48 hours before it ends.
5. soona UGC (formerly Trend)
Per-video pricing from a curated network
Trend became soona UGC in April 2026. soona says it accepts about 35% of creators who apply. You review applications or invite creators, then ship them product. The old credit packs are being phased out in favor of per-video pricing.
Pricing: Videos from $89 to $259 depending on the creator's level, and photos from $32. Older Trend credit packs ($550 for up to 6 videos) still show on trend.io, with credits that expire 12 months after purchase.
Usage rights: An unlimited, worldwide, perpetual license for all platforms and purposes.
Turnaround: Content within 7 days of the creator receiving your product.
Good to know: soona also runs product photo and video studios, so it's a fit if you need ecommerce photos alongside UGC. It doesn't publish revision, raw footage or whitelisting terms for UGC.
6. Twirl
Credits plus a project manager on every campaign
Twirl sits between a platform and an agency. Every campaign gets a project manager, Twirl shortlists creators, and you choose. It's strong in the UK and US.
Pricing: $475 per video for 1 to 4 videos, dropping to $340 at 50. The first purchase is 4 videos minimum. No subscription, and credits never expire. A managed service starts at £1,920 per campaign.
What's included: A 15 to 60+ second video with subtitles and music, a clean version without text, 2 formats and 2 rounds of revisions.
Usage rights: Unlimited paid and organic rights.
Add-ons: Extra hooks or CTAs at $80 each.
Turnaround: 7 to 10 days from when the product arrives.
Good to know: The "clean edit" is a no-text version, not raw footage. Twirl refunds credits for content you won't use.
7. Collabstr
A huge open marketplace with set prices
Collabstr lists more than 1.3 million influencers and UGC creators, each with packages and prices on their profile. You can buy directly or, on paid plans, post a campaign for creators to apply to.
Pricing: Free with a 10% fee per order. Pro is $299/mo (10% fee) and Premium is $399/mo (5% fee). Payment sits in escrow until you approve.
Revisions: You get 72 hours to approve, request revisions or open a dispute before content auto-approves.
Usage rights: Not standard. You agree on them with each creator before paying.
Good to know: Prices are set by creators, so quality and terms vary a lot. Get usage rights for paid ads in writing on every order.
8. JoinBrands
Low minimums for TikTok Shop and Amazon sellers
JoinBrands is a marketplace where you launch jobs and creators accept them. It leans into TikTok Shop and Amazon, with options like Amazon shoppable videos and TikTok Shop lives.
Pricing: Pay as you go with a 15% fee, or plans from $99/mo (12% fee) to $499/mo (8% fee). Minimums start at $25 per UGC video.
Revisions: 1 on the free plan, rising to 10 on the top plan.
Usage rights: Unlimited usage rights on purchased content.
Partnership ads: Spark and partnership codes at no extra cost on posting campaigns, on paid plans.
Turnaround: Most brands get content in 3 to 7 days, depending on shipping.
Good to know: Low minimums mean a wide range of quality. Paid plans get 4K files.
9. Minisocial
Fully managed micro-influencer campaigns
Minisocial runs the whole campaign. It handpicks micro-influencers, you approve them, and Minisocial handles the back and forth. Creators post to their own accounts, then share codes so you can run the posts as partnership ads or Spark Ads.
Pricing: Projects start at $3,000 for 10 creators, including all creator fees.
Usage rights: Fully licensed for use anywhere, for as long as you want.
Revisions: One round included.
Turnaround: Most campaigns run 4 to 6 weeks.
Good to know: The output is organic posts first. That's useful for social proof and partnership ads, but it's a slower, smaller batch than an ad-focused platform.
10. Cohley
An enterprise platform for UGC, reviews and retail content
Cohley is built for larger brands that need more than ad videos: influencer content, product reviews, seeding and professional photo and video. Reviews can syndicate to retailer product pages. A managed tier adds strategy, recruiting and live briefing calls.
Pricing: Custom, based on how much content you need. Demo only, with an optional 3-month paid pilot.
Usage rights: Perpetual, universal rights with no re-licensing fees.
Partnership ads: Supports Meta Partnership Ads and TikTok Spark Ads.
Good to know: A better fit for enterprise teams managing retail and ecommerce content together than for a brand that just needs ads.
11. SideShift
Software for hiring creators at high volume
SideShift is a subscription tool for posting jobs and hiring from a large pool of applicants. Much of its volume is creators posting organically, with a platform median of $7 to $9 per video over the past 90 days.
Pricing: Starter $299/mo, Growth $499/mo, Scale $999/mo, with lower annual rates. Creator pay is separate. SideShift recommends $2,000 to $10,000+ a month in creator spend depending on the plan.
Usage rights: Full usage rights for paid ads on all plans.
Good to know: Built for volume. It's best for brands running lots of organic creator posts, with a team to sort the keepers from the rest.
How to Choose a UGC Platform
Check the Usage Rights First
This matters most and gets checked least. Some platforms give you perpetual rights for every use. Others limit paid ads to a few months, or leave it to each creator. If a video becomes your best ad, you want to be able to keep running it.
Add Up the Real Cost
The per-video price is rarely the bill. Add the platform fee, the marketplace percentage, creator pay, hooks, raw footage, extra formats and partnership ad fees. A $99 video and a $475 video can be closer than they look once you count what's included.
Ask How Revisions Work
Most platforms cap revisions at 1 to 3, and only for videos that miss the brief. A better brief is the best revision policy.
Plan Who Edits
Raw creator footage isn't an ad. Someone still has to cut the hook, add captions and make versions for each placement. Know who that is before you order 20 videos.
Look for Variety, Not Just Volume
Since Meta's Andromeda update, near-identical videos compete with each other. Twenty selfie videos with the same angle can perform like one ad. Use different creators, settings and angles, and mix UGC with other formats. More in what creative diversity means on Meta.
